API Service - Telemetry went down and groupsync.link recovered.

GSLink - Public Discord Bot and groupsync.network went down.

API Service - Primary, GroupSync - Red Worker, and GroupSync - Neo Worker went down.

We have just received a notification that our upstream provider accidentally restarted some of our nodes during some planned maintenance. Services are currently coming back online, we're closely monitoring the situation and are working with them to put steps in place to avoid this in the future!
