Our Upstream provider managed to find the issue and has put a fix in place. we are still monitoring the situation on our end but can confirm recoverery of our web service.

We have found the cause for the false positive and applying an migration. Services should mark as Not affected on their own shortly as we will continue monitoring the situation.
